Day 3– Dubai City Tour
  • Breakfast 7-10am.
  • .This tour package takes you to some of Dubai’s most beautiful landmarks – the marvellously crafted Jumeirah Mosque, the enchanting Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab,) the most luxurious and tallest standing hotel tower in the world (entry to Burj conditions apply). Continue your tour by the Sheikh Zayed road, the shining heart of Dubai’s commercial district, where you will find the most modern and tallest buildings competing with each other, like the Emirates Towers, World Trade Centre etc
  • Your next stop would be at the at the Sheikh’s palace (outside visits are only allowed). View the magnificent masterpiece of architecture at creek; explore the ancient cooling system – the old wind towers – at Bastaquia. Visit the Dubai museum in the Al Fahidi Fort, stroll the banks of the creek and experience the grandeur of ancient Arabian architecture enroute to Abra, the traditional water taxis on which you will cross the creek. Shop and walk through the spice souk you enter the world famous Dubai Gold Souk.

  • The desert safari program is the identity of the Emirates as it’s unique golden colored sand dune filled with full of Persian stories enchant the traditional hospitality of Arabia. The program kick-starts with 4×4 WD jeeps cruising to conquer the majestic high-rise dunes. The thrill continues while descending the dunes provoking many shrieks and laughter – the natural rollercoaster experience on the desert. The evening beckons a wonderful experience – you will be taken to a key point to view the golden sunset.
At the desert camp, the traditional Arabian hospitality will make you feel like a Sheikh. This camp is built like a classical Bedouin village made of palm leaves and decorated with Persian carpet seats on cushions to have a Majlis feeling. It is a very cosy experience. At our classical desert camp, we try out all what is possible like henna, shesha etc to have the real feeling of a night under the stars. The relishing aromatic Barbecue dinner is prepared on open fires & a variety of beverages are available. The surprise arrival of the belly dancer, spice the evening with her impeccable performance.

Deaths after stampede at Hindu festival in India

A stampede outside a Hindu temple has killed at least 10 pilgrims in eastern India with others injured in the crush of up to 150,000 people, a police officer said. The stampede at the Baidyanath Jyotirlinga temple in the state of Jharkhand erupted after pilgrims surged towards the building shortly after the doors opened, the officer told the AFP news agency on Monday. “Many tried to rush to the head of the queue which led to chaos and as some of them fell, the devotees got trampled,” Pradhan said.Those sleeping in the kilometres-long queue were trampled as others pushed towards the doors, SN Pradhan, the additional director general of police in Jharkhand, said. “Ten people including one female devotee are now confirmed dead. 'Car-in-a-bag' created in Japan

A motorised transporter the size of a tablet computer has been developed by a Japanese engineer. The WalkCar can reach a top speed of just over 6mph (10km/h) and can support riders weighing up to 120kg (265lbs). Inventor Kuniaki Sato said the device was designed for recreational use as well as for business. He told Reuters: "I want to show the world that Japan can also be innovative."
